
Jim McCutcheon Chief Executive Officer
Jim has over 30 years of entrepreneurial success primarily through his landscape company, HighGrove Partners, which is one of Atlanta’s largest landscape providers. HighGrove services over 600 commercial properties each week and employs more than 200 team members. He received his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia in 1990. Jim is the past president of the National Association of Landscape Professionals, past president of the NALP Foundation and is still a member of the Board. He is also involved in numerous charitable projects around Atlanta. Jim founded Copiana with his wife, Erin. They enjoy their six beautiful children and fly fishing whenever possible.

Erin McCutcheon President
Erin has over 25 years of experience in corporate accounting and financial management. She is a CPA who began her career in public accounting and then moved to the construction and landscaping industries where she has worked for 20 years. She oversees all financial elements of the company, including strategic planning, corporate accounting and reporting, risk management, internal controls, tax management, treasury, budgeting, and various special projects. Erin received her B.S. in Finance from Florida State University and her Master of Accounting/Taxation from University of Georgia. She lives in Brookhaven with her husband Jim and their six children.

Jackie Greene Vice President of Business Development
Jackie is a native Atlantan that has a passion for the city’s future growth and stability. She received her Bachelor of Science in Economics at the University of Georgia. Her career path began as a flight attendant for Delta Airlines and then she moved to a sales management role at TRC Staffing. After pursuing her passion for wellness by opening Veda juice bar with her business partner, she joined the Copiana team to bring high quality produce to unexpected areas! As the head of business development, she brings the Copiana vision of urban farming and the greening of cities to new heights! Jackie lives in Buckhead with her husband and three children.

Jeffrey Arner Greenhouse Manager
Jeffrey graduated from the University of Georgia in 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Horticulture. While attending school, he worked on the UGA Durham Horticulture Research Farm. At this farm, he aided ongoing research projects as well as grew produce to donate to local food banks. After graduation, he decided to continue working with produce and took an opportunity with Copiana as it allowed him to follow his passion of introducing agriculture to people in the Atlanta area where he grew up. He’s an avid UGA football and Atlanta sports fan and will gladly talk sports with you if you ever see him around!

Sydney Haren Marketing Assistant
Sydney graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography. She started her degree at Georgia Southern University and is a major Georgia Southern fan. Her desire to be part of an innovative and forward-thinking company is what excites her the most about working at Copiana. Sydney lives in Atlanta and enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their cat, visiting her family’s farm in Blue Ridge, and playing disc golf.

Clare Ramsey Events Coordinator
Clare graduated from Belmont Abbey College in 2016 with a Bachelor’s in Sports Management/Marketing. After college she began her career in marketing with Anheuser-Busch. She then joined the Harlem Globetrotters and furthered her career in sales and marketing. After being laid off due to Covid-19, she joined Copiana. She is excited help her local community and be an integral part in the growth and expansion of Copiana.

Paige Duckworth Urban Farmer
Paige is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a BS in Culinary, Sustainability, and Hospitality. She has worked on a few different farms which have developed her skills and experience as a grower. In her spare time she enjoys learning about fungi and visiting local breweries and wineries.

Austin FarmerFarmer
Austin is originally from Augusta and is a 2020 graduate from Kennesaw State University with a BS in Sociology. While attending KSU, he completed an internship with the KSU Food Forest, a sustainable model of growing food and providing food security to the KSU community. In both his internship and classes, he studied food deserts and hunger, particularly in Atlanta. He has a passion for sustainability and wants to do his part to bring local food to the community.
